Step 1: Add Item to Cart
The Broadcast Warehouse website uses a ‘virtual shopping cart’ to manage your order. To make an order you must first place the items you would like to order in to the shopping cart. To do this, select a particular product to view detailed information on the product. On the left-hand side of this page is the pricing information. You can select ADD TO CART to add this item to your shopping cart. If there are different versions of this product you will have to select which version you would like to add by clicking on the radio button next to the particular item before clicking ADD TO CART.
Below your shopping cart is the shipping estimate depending on your account details. After viewing the item in your cart you can update the quantity, delete items or continue shopping for more products to add to the cart.
When you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart you can click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT from the cart page.
Step 2: Login if not already logged in
If you are not already logged in you would be directed to the Broadcast Warehouse login page. Broadcast Warehouse login accounts are used to store delivery information which is also used to calculate shipping costs. If you already have a Broadcast Warehouse login account please enter your login name and password to login.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the PASSWORD button. You will be prompt to enter your email address which is associated with the Broadcast Warehouse site, an email will be sent to your email address.
If you are a first time user or don't have a Broadcast Warehouse login account, you would first need to register before you can complete your order. Select the REGISTER button to enable you to enter your personal and delivery details. Once registration is complete you would be returned to your check out summary.
Step 3: Check Out
This is a summary of your complete order. At the top you will be shown the billing and delivery details registered to your account. Follow the links to make changes if required. As well as being able to view your delivery information you will also be given a selection of delivery options depending on the carriers that are able to handle your delivery.
Select the carrier that you would like to use for your order by selecting the radio button for the appropriate delivery company.
Further below is a summary of all costs associated with your order including delivery charges and any VAT/IVA sales tax if applicable to your region. If you are just seeking pricing information this page contains all that you are after. From this page you can proceed in two ways:
- Select Credit Card payment to pay via the secure server connection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo as card payments
- Select Proforma invoice. This will generate a pro-forma invoice that will contain all your order information as well as all our banking information that you may need for a cheque or bank transfer payment.
If you have any question or additional information you would like to send to us, you are welcome to add a comment below Special Order instructions. Please indicate by selecting the checkbox that you have read our Terms and Conditions.
Your order is now complete, you can proceed with your check out by selecting the PLACE MY ORDER button, an order conformation email will be generated and sent to your login email address.
When you place your order on the Broadcast Warehouse website you will be given a choice of delivery options. Available carriers will depend on the size of your order and the delivery address. Our website will automatically calculate the pricing for each option and allow you to select the carrier of your choice.
How long will it take?
After placing your order on our website there are two factors that govern how long you will have to wait to receive your goods: Processing Time and Transit Time.
Processing time refers to the time from when you place your order to when we have it ready for dispatch. We try to ship most orders same day but an order placed during one business day usually ships on the following business day. Processing may take two days during busy periods.
Transit times will depend on the selected carrier and the destination address, more details on current Transit times will be sent to you via email once you have placed your order.
Tracking Your Order
We use traceable shipments from leading carriers. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your products. The email contains a hyper-link to bring up the tracking information for your shipment with one click.
Sales tax (VAT) and Customs Information
Prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT.
If you are purchasing for delivery within the UK then your order will be subject to VAT. EU orders will be subject to VAT sales tax unless you provide a valid EU VAT / IVA number. You can enter this as part of your user details when you register on our website. Where a user is subject to VAT the tax will be calculated and added to your order when you proceed to the Check Out stage.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the EU (such as the USA) you will not be required to pay any VAT (sales tax).
Please remember that when ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local customs agency. Broadcast Warehouse have no control over the application or level of duties and taxes that may be charged for the import of your goods.
All pre-built products come with a 1 year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. Because of the nature of RF Amplifiers, transistors within a product are not covered by any warranty. Contact us if you require further details on the limited warranty provided by Broadcast Warehouse.
All products are extensively tested prior to shipment, however if you do receive a product that develops a fault we will replace the item or arrange a refund where necessary. Contact us in advance of sending the product as we may need to supply you import paperwork if you are outside the EU. Failure to observe this procedure may result in your shipment being refused and returned to you at your expense.
Refunds and Return/Replacement Policy
Please take care when ordering your goods. Items returned because they were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item to us please first send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with information about your product, your purchase (order number, invoice number) and your reason for wanting to return the product. We will reply with full instructions on how to return the goods. Returns / Repairs sent to Broadcast Warehouse from outside the EU MUST have correct customs import paperwork to avoid Broadcast Warehouse being charged duties. We will provide paperwork for you if you need to send something to Broadcast Warehouse. Goods sent to Broadcast Warehouse without the correct paperwork will be refused and returned to the sender at the senders expense. Software is not refundable.
Shipping costs are not usually refunded.
If you have Broadcast Warehouse product that is out of warranty or a non-warranty item that no longer works we may be able to repair it for you.
Please contact us at: email@example.com with some information on the unit you have, what went wrong and what is not working and we will get back to you with instructions for dealing with your repair.
The B2B end user is responsible for all liabilities regarding the environmentally sound disposal of this EEE when it is discarded as WEEE. The producer may, for commercial reasons only, offer a take back option when a B2B end user is purchasing a new product. However this will be decided on a case by case basis and may incur a charge.
