With the festive season fast approaching we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their valued support over the past year and hope we can continue to provide a top class service to you in 2008. We have had some exciting developments this past year including the launch of our new website, which we hope you will agree, greatly improves usability.
We are constantly adding new features to the site to improve your shopping experience and to provide you with as much useful information as possible to assist you in selecting the right products to suit your needs.
We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about some of the new features that have been added to the site and give you a sneak preview of what you can expect from us in the New Year.
On the products page we have added a facility for you to rate and add your review of a product. This tool allows you to view other user's past experience of products and will help you in obtaining a better understanding of our products from other user's perspectives.
Our aim on the product listing page is to provide you with a snap shot of the product's detail and by moving your mouse over the product box gives you more detailed information without having to leave the page.
On viewing your cart items we have included a suggestion list of products that we feel you would find useful. These items are based on products that other users have bought in addition to the items in your shopping cart. This should be helpful in reminding you of any other items that you might require or introduce you to new products.
Following on from the feature above, you'll be pleased to know that we are planning on introducing a product group feature early in 2008. This feature will enable us to group required products together at a discounted price. This should save you time and money in selecting all the required products you need.
