Uni-Vu7 boasts viewing angles of 140'X & 120'Y and with it's high resolution LCD which has 384K pixels, produces images that have virtually no artifacts and that are specially suitable for close viewing over long periods; unlike some older 7" LCDs.

Uni-Vu7 switches effortlessly between SDI, CVBS & WVGA sources which are displayed on the 400Cd/M high contrast LCD. Menu selected 16:9 & 4:3 Aspect switching ensures correct display of currrent & heritage material. Image cut off is minimal, and with 25K hour lamp life EZ2-7.0 may be relied upon to show discerning viewers virtually the whole picture, in both the vertical and horizontal plane.

Uni-Vu7 is housed in a tough black anodised aluminium housing 225mm wide x 125mm high and only 50mm deep. An impressively strong and scratch resistant 2mm anti-glare window protects the LCD panel; and an optional Military grade anti-reflective coating is available which can reduce glare and reflections 10 fold. Uni-Vu7 is supplied complete with a custom made resilient visor which folds flat and clamps to further protect the screen during transport.

Uni-Vu7 is equipped with a very wide input range power supply, and draws about 15W from external dc inputs between 9 and 36V. XLR4 & 2.5mm (lockable) power connectors are provided for flexibility in the field. Using the supplied diminutive in-line Universal PSU module, which is fitted with 3 pin IEC connector, Uni-Vu7 will operate from mains power any where in the world, with only a change of mains lead!
