This dipole is destined for an aux site so it hasn't been installed. Only tested for five minutes using a spare 30w exciter on the bench. It seemed to work fine, with very low reflected power. (and that RFD power is probably found having the antenna be 10ft from the exciter) It worked fine across multiple frequencies up and down the band, too...at least for the few seconds I had it on any one frequency for testing purposes.
The package arrived very quickly, I was quite happy with that. A lot of the antenna's mounting bolts had this goopy lubricant/sealant all over them, though. A little advance warning that gloves are recommended would've been nice. But still, the antenna gets the job done nicely - we'll see how it holds up to extensive northern US weather over time.
