The DaySequerra M4.0 HD Radio™ tuner is the first “Tomorrow Radio Ready” broadcast quality tuner available with built-in Multicast capability. The M4.0 has been designed as the benchmark in sensitivity (< 5.0dBf in AM and FM) and reliability, and at the same time delivers the highest quality, accurate monitoring of existing analog and HD Radio™ AM and FM broadcast signals (THD+N <.005% with stereo separation >90dB for HD Radio™ FM signals).
Just like its larger sibling, the DaySequerra M2.0, the M4.0’s ultra low noise RF front-end with built-in preselector and double-balanced mixer, low-jitter DAC and Class-A biased audio outputs provide the highest fidelity reception and demodulation of HD Radio™ programs, including display of program specific data (PSD) for MPS and SPS Multicast signals.

Using the M4C, you can now own the same unit that monitors the IBOC broadcast signals at more than four out of every five HD RadioTM stations in the US.
But be warned — the M4C is a bit different from what you might expect in a home tuner. Although it delivers uncompromising HD Radio™, it doesn’t come with a hand-held remote control or a scanning function. And you’ll need to specify whether you want your unit to have broadcast industry standard XLR audio output connectors or RCA.
