The Navigator HD FM/HD meter is a compact product for easy field surveys as well as on site/studio monitoring of all aspects of a station's FM and HD signals. The Navigator HD FM/HD meter is frequency agile. It combines in the same unit an FM monitor (RF, modulation, audio, Pilot, RDS) and a HD monitor (QI, C/N, DA, DAAI, SIS ID ...).
Broadcasters need to measure their signal in the field, where their listeners are. NAVIGATOR HD makes these surveys easy and fast. We've combined a complete FM and HD measurement system with a GPS receiver, in a rugged case. Runs with MS-Windows based PC software.
Navigator HD is a complete system which incorporates Global Positioning System technology to store each measurement's location automatically with the signal parameters. It includes an external high quality eightchannel GPS receiver.
Measurement levels can be read from the front panel or automatically stored on your PC. Data can be exported into third-party programs such as MapPointTM for automatic mapping of signal parameters.Includes one headphone jack to verify tuning, plus flexible multiplex and auxiliary connectors for custom applications.
A calibrated FM antenna is included with its associated calibration file and MapPoint DLL for direct exportation and map display. Navigator HD is designed for easy operation by nontechnical field personnel. Programming the unit is simple, measurement campaigns can be preset from the front panel or uploaded from a PC.
